Chrissie was previously Assistant Legal Counsel at Bohemia Interactive Simulations, Inc., where she supported game-based simulations software development for the VBS product, including open-source and third-party software review and management and review of the company’s trademark portfolio, as well as terms and conditions and EULAs. Chrissie is a sought-after speaker at a variety of community and professional events, from WordCamp and DrupalCamp to the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law and Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, as well as the Games Industry Law Summit.

Chrissie is the first woman president of the Video Game Bar Association. She is co-editor of the book Computer Games and Immersive Entertainment: Next Frontiers in Intellectual Property Law (2nd Edition), as well as Computer Games and Virtual Worlds: A New Frontier in Intellectual Property Law, and she is a chapter contributor to both editions of The American Bar Association’s Legal Guide to Video Game Development.
